This alluring arming dagger features a double-edged blade forged from a blend of 1095 & 15N20 steels. These steels have been masterfully heated and folded over and over, creating approximately 280-350 layers of Damascus steel in an exquisite random pattern that is unique to each and every dagger. Not only is the blade beautiful, but the Damascus steel also offer shatter-resistance and a sharper edge. High-quality tanned leather bands have been stacked together, compressed, and shaped to form the durable and comfortable contoured handle. The handle is topped by a brass nonagonal pommel with the tang of the blade peeking from the end, so you know this piece is built to last. A pure brass cross guard separates the handle from the blade. This dagger was made for royalty, and comes complete with an intricately hand-tooled genuine leather sheath that has been stained a gorgeous rustic brown.
